Terms and Conditions

General
By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our terms and conditions. Stoer Metaal reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions in the interim.
 
Cancellation of your order
Every order can, without stating reasons, if not yet sent, be canceled within 24 hours after you place the order. We request you to send an e-mail to info@stoermetaal.nl. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. As soon as the request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.
 
If you have already paid for the canceled order, Stoer Metaal will credit this amount within fourteen (14) days at the latest.
 
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Stoer Metaal strives to send orders within 48 hours after receiving the payment. However, Stoer Metaal is not obliged to do this. We ship via PostNL.
 
The delivery deadline is 30 days after the order has been placed, provided the product is available at the time of ordering, and except for orders of furniture, the delivery term stated in the product applies.
If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer is informed about this in a timely manner and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
 
Prices
The prices mentioned in the articles are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are (unless otherwise stated) not included in the prices mentioned. Before the conclusion of the agreement the total price including shipping will be reported via our website.
 
Zet errors
Toer Metaal can not accept any liability for the consequences of typesetting, typing and / or programming or programming errors on the site or other publicity mailings, e-mails or on the internet.
 
Shipping costs
A contribution is charged for packaging and shipping costs. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. All our deliveries are sent via PostNL.
 
Payment
Payment of the order is possible in one of the following ways:
• Ideal settles into your trusted payment environment and you are automatically redirected to the internet banking page of your own bank. You can then directly transfer the amount of the order.
• PayPal will be automatically forwarded to the PayPal page after your order, where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card here.
 
Prepayment on bank account
If you opt for advance payment, you will receive an e-mail with the correct bank details. Do not forget to mention the order number when making the payment. When we have received the payment we will send the order and you will receive an e-mail that it has been sent.
 
Visibility period / right of withdrawal
Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without giving any reason and to return the order within the same term. Any payments made (excluding administration and shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to refund if the product has been used and / or damaged or the order has been opened and / or not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the approval period of 14 working days the purchase agreement becomes a fact.
 
Reservation of ownership
The ownership of the delivered products is only transferred if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Stoer Metaal on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
 
Liability during shipment
We are not liable for loss or damage of the goods during shipment.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we would like to hear this and will file a complaint with PostNL or the Parcel Service.
 
Data management
If you place an order with Stoer Metaal, your data will be included in the customer file of Stoer Metaal. Stoer Metaal adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your details to third parties. See our privacy policy. Stoer Metaal respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidentiality of the personal data.
 
Guarantee
Stoer Metaal guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and thus guarantees the factory guarantee of the delivered product.
 
Agreement
Stoer Metaal reserves the right to refuse orders or assignments without stating reasons.
 
Images and specifications
All images, photographs, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the site of Stoer Metaal are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and / or texts from the site of Stoer Metaal without our permission.
 
Return of items
We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. Fill in a ticket (via your account) stating the order number and the products you want to return, or follow the step-by-step plan on the Send & Return page .
 
A number of conditions apply to returns:
• the items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 14 working days after receipt at the delivery address via our ticket system.
• the items to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging (without additional stickers or texts).
• products that are made to measure, according to the preferences of the customer, are not accepted return. This has been clearly stated in the confirmation email beforehand.
• items that you have bought in the sale with a discount of 40% or more may only be canceled in accordance with the article approval period and can NOT be exchanged.
• the items which have been reported for return must be returned to us at the delivery address immediately, but no later than within 14 working days after receipt of the order.

Stoer Metaal only accepts returns that have been registered as described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Returns that are not or not registered within the stipulated time will not be accepted.
 
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the article (s). In case of prepayment the amount of the returns will be credited by us.
 
Exchange of articles
If the article does not please you can return it to us according to the above conditions. We process your return and deposit the money back to you. You can place a new order for another size, color or article.
Only if the item is damaged, we will exchange it for you for the same item.
 
Complaints
It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Stoer Metaal. Please contact us as soon as possible, by e-mail: info@stoermetaal.nl.
The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are initially for the account of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
 
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Stoer Metaal has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a customer's order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by communicating this to the customer in writing and without that Stoer Metaal is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the circumstances to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
 
Applicable law and competent court
Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.
