Shipping furniture

Stoer Metaal uses a transport company for the shipment of furniture. When the product you have ordered is ready for shipment, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to make an appointment for delivery. This can only be delivered during the week and during the day. On the day of delivery someone must be present to receive the delivery.
the transport company delivers to the front door (ground floor) and is not obliged to assist with the lifting of the furniture.

Delivery times

Stoer Metaal sends orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, provided the products are available from stock. Our goal is to send the ordered products (if available) within three working days after receiving the payment.
On the website, Stoer Metaal mentions the expected delivery time for each product separately. This is of course an indication, based on the fact that the article is still available from the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that an article is no longer available, we will of course inform you of this.
For furniture transport we can not use the "send within three working days" rule. A delivery appointment will be made with you as soon as possible.

We are closed during the summer holidays (week 32.33 & 34). Then take into account a longer delivery time in this period. You will be informed of this as well as possible.


Have you received a wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us before you return the item or the order to us. We will ask you to mail photos of the damage, in order to assess how to act.

Does the product not meet your needs?
You can return the received product within 14 days at your own expense and receive the purchase price back.

Please register in advance via the webshop.
• Log in with your personal account details.
• Then go to "my orders" and click "view" on the right side of the order.
• Click on "return items" below the order details and you can register the return.

Have not you created an account? No problem, just send an e-mail to and I will register your return for you.

The items can be returned (preferably in the original packaging), with a copy of the packing slip or invoice, please mention the reason for returning to:

Try to return the item as neatly as possible so that it can not suffer any damage on the way; there is no right to a refund if the product has been used and / or damaged.

The shipping costs, which are paid with the placed order, are returned when the entire order has been returned.

Products that are made to measure, according to the customer's preferences, are not accepted as returns. This is clearly stated in advance in the confirmation email.
