Have you received a wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us before you return the item or the order to us. We will ask you to email photos of the damage, to assess how to act.
Does the product not meet your needs?
You can return the received product within 14 days at your own expense and receive the purchase price back. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Please register in advance via the webshop.
• Log in with your personal account details.
• Then go to "my orders" and click "view" on the right side of the order.
• Click on "return items" below the order details and you can register the return.
Did you not create an account? No problem, just send an e-mail to email@example.com and I will register your return for you.
The items can be returned (like in the original packaging), with a copy of the packing slip or invoice, please mention the reason for returning to:
Try to return the article as neatly as possible so that it can not suffer any damage while on the road; there is no right to a refund if the product has been used and / or damaged.
Products that are made to measure, according to the preferences of the customer, are not accepted as return. The right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. So also clearly stated in advance in the confirmation email.
